I’m Doug, the owner of Classic American Steam. I’ve been cleaning carpets professionally for 27 years, starting my career at a resort in Arizona. Over time, I found that I wanted more freedom to run a business the right way, which led me to start Classic American Steam here in Conroe, TX.

For me, great customer service begins with listening. I take the time to understand exactly what each customer needs. After every job, I follow up to make sure you’re happy, and if something isn’t right, I’ll come back and fix it. My goal is to offer better quality at competitive prices so you always feel you're getting value from my services.

What I enjoy most about my work is the constant learning. I regularly take classes and stay up-to-date on new methods so I can serve you better.

Outside of carpet cleaning, my wife and I recently moved to a country home that we’re renovating. DIY projects keep me busy, and I enjoy working with my hands and making our home comfortable.
