Great people! They have cleaned our couch and rugs a few times now. They do a fantastic job and rates are reasonable. There was a stain on our stairs that didn't quite come out the first go around, they kept their promise and came back out within a few days to treat again, free of charge. We used Classic American Steam for our carpets as we were selling our home, they were easy to schedule, very affordable pricing, professional, showed up on time and did a great job on the carpet. I moved in last summer and noticed random spots of lighter grout around the house, we finally decided to go for it and have the tile cleaned and we are so glad we did!!! The dark color was my entire kitchen and entry way and there was even paint and glue in some areas that they got off! (They even got a chunk of plaster that was on the closet floor!) We also got our couch cleaned and it looks and smells amazing!
